Alison Bromski

Alison Bromski is a dedicated professional with a strong background in community engagement, communications, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Community & Communications at the Olympia Snowe Women's Leadership Institute since July 2016, Alison is committed to empowering high school girls to become leaders in various aspects of their lives. Previously held roles include Vice President at Portland Ballet, where efforts focused on cultivating future dancers and audiences, and Vice President of Public Relations for The Junior League of Portland, ME, promoting effective volunteer leadership among women. Alison's extensive experience also encompasses key positions in political settings, educational institutions, and international exchange organizations. Alison holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism & Advertising from the University of Maine and various certifications, including one in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.
