Erik Synol

Erik Synol is a seasoned project manager currently working at the Olympic Regional Development Authority since February 2022. Erik has also held the position of project engineer at The MacMillin Company since June 2017 and served as assistant superintendent at DEW Construction from July 2021 to January 2022. Earlier in Erik's career, an internship at Syracuse University occurred in the summer of 2016, and Erik began in the construction field as a carpenter assistant at Slattery Contracting Inc & Reflections from June 2012 to January 2016. Erik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, completed in 2017, and previously graduated from Morris County School of Technology with a high school degree in Carpentry.
