Mr. Thomas joined OM GROUP, INC in January 2019. He is an ITIL, PMP & CMMI certified professional with Doctorate in Systems Engineering. He has broad experience (about 30 years ) in: private sector (Automotive) and public sector (US Govt) in the area of adaptation of information technology programs via Innovative Solutions, Business Development , Customer relations, Capture management/Proposal Support & Technical solution development for medium & large value solicitations, leading Business Development, teaming and capture process to augment in-house capabilities to support and produce more technically competitive and cost effective bids.

Mr. Thomas’ focus technical areas include: business process re-engineering, Cyber/information security, High Performance Computing (HPC) & End User Computing, Cloud Computing, IoT, SDN, etc. Also experienced in Product Development technologies & systems such as (CAD/CAM/CAE/CAT, Powertrain, Fuel Cells, Propulsion, etc) related Applications, Embedded systems, Software Development Lifecycle & Asset Management, big data, etc Capable of designing, implementing & sustaining innovative processes, technologies, programs and business collaboration platforms using cost-effective, cyber secure & ITAR compliant component & IT systems solutions for US Govt & Commercial clients. (Our Bid Teams have included many very large corporations, small & medium businesses, that have CONUS and OCONUS reaches). Very familiar with Washington DC & Michigan based Govt & Congressional Requirement/procedures and US Govt agencies (such as: DoD/DISA, TRANSCOM, US ARMY, US ACE, APG/CECOM, US AF, US NAVY, SELFRIDGE Air National Guard, TACOM/TARDEC in Warren, MI, etc.).
