Roxie Allen joined OM Group Inc. in April 2021 as a Program Manager. She enjoys all aspects and processes involved in providing leadership to project personnel, customer service, requirements assessment, ensuring quality standards, and developing solutions to customer challenges. She is a lifelong learner and believes that good ideas come everywhere; working in a small business has provided excellent learning and collaboration opportunities for personal and professional growth.
She is a retired US Navy Supply Corps Officer. My favorite military assignments were the USS IWO JIMA (LHD-7), NAVSUP Business Systems Center, and NAVAIR. She has a degree in Business Administration from the Metropolitan University of Puerto Rico and still speaks Spanish from time to time.
