Shriganesh Adamane has a diverse work experience in the logistics and supply chain management field. Shriganesh began their career at Om Logistics Limited as a Management Intern in 2021, where they gained practical knowledge in various aspects of logistics operations. During this time, they collaborated with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze operational data, utilizing tools such as Excel to identify trends and inefficiencies in logistics processes.

In 2022, Shriganesh advanced to the role of Key Operation Manager at Om Logistics Limited. In this position, they designed a comprehensive dashboard for logistics and supply chain management, including key performance indicators, shipment tracking, and inventory levels. Shriganesh also integrated mapping technology to visualize transportation routes and identify optimization opportunities.

Prior to their current role, Shriganesh served as a Coordination Executive at Om Logistics Limited. Here, they handled logistics activities for several clients, including Tata Motors Telco, Tata Motors Ltd PVBU Pune, and Tenico Ltd. Shriganesh'sresponsibilities included arranging pick-up and delivery of premium freight shipments according to customer requirements, tracking Tata CCP vehicles for all TML plants, and providing daily updates on the status of shipments.

Additionally, Shriganesh briefly worked as a Management Trainee at Om Logistics Limited in 2022.

Shriganesh Adamane completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from Sanjivani Group of Institutes during the period of 2021 to 2022. Prior to their MBA, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from Ashok Gramin Shikshan Sansthas Arts, Commerce & Science College, Ashoknagar, Tal. Shrirampur, Dist. Ahmednagar from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they attended Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they completed their higher secondary education in the field of Science between the years 2015 and 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Shriganesh obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Sparen & Gewinn Consulting in March 2023. Furthermore, they acquired an SAP MM (Material Management) certification through LinkedIn in March 2022. Additionally, they completed an internship at Om Logistics Limited in October 2021.
