Denys Tkachenko

Denys Tkachenko is a highly experienced legal professional, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at OMA since May 2018, where responsibilities include advising on global legal matters and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Previously, Denys was a self-employed Corporate Counsel and Legal Adviser, specializing in contract review and drafting within architecture, construction, and design. Denys held significant positions, including Deputy Head of the Legal Department at LIGA ZAKON, and Head of Legal Department at The Enterprise “LASKA,” where achievements included the creation of standardized contracts and comprehensive company legal support. Denys began the legal career with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and engaged in academic administration at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Educational qualifications include a European Master in Law & Economics and various advanced law degrees from renowned institutions.
