Jennifer Becker

Jennifer Becker currently serves as SVP of Care Delivery at Omada Health since August 2023, focusing on transforming mindsets to improve health outcomes. Previously, Jennifer worked at Amazon from October 2020 to March 2023 as Head of Operations & Clinical Programs for Amazon Care, overseeing extensive virtual and in-person care operations across the United States. As a co-founder of Culturabilities, Jennifer contributed to developing organizational culture strategies from September 2019 to November 2020. Jennifer's earlier role as Vice President of Outpatient Services at Seattle Children's spanned from 2004 to 2019, along with various leadership positions in outpatient operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Whitman College.
