Julie Phillips

Julie Phillips, MHRM, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Head of HR at Omada Health, focusing on inspiring lifelong health through behavior science across chronic conditions since June 2022. Julie is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Arizona Human Resource Executive Forum. Previously, Julie held various leadership roles in human resources, including Vice President at Bryan University, where the mission was to prepare graduates for professional careers, and Corporate Director of Employee Excellence at Sanctuary on Camelback Resort & Spa, recognized as a premier Arizona resort. Julie's extensive experience includes human resources management at M Culinary Concepts, MONROE CARELL JR VANDERBILT CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL, and Hillstone Restaurant Group, as well as consulting roles at Deloitte Consulting. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
