Brooke Joyce has extensive experience in customer success and program management. Brooke currently holds the role of Director Customer Success - North America at Omada, where they have been working since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager Customer Success - North America at the same company from December 2019 to October 2021.
In addition to their customer success roles, Brooke also has experience in the field of analytics and sales force execution. Brooke worked at Altria for a significant period, starting as a Territory Sales Manager in August 2006, then progressing to roles such as Sales Development Associate, Unit Manager, and Associate Manager, where they led cross-functional teams and developed implementation plans for a large field sales force. Brooke also served as a Product Manager, focusing on national field sales force execution, and later as a Senior Program Manager, responsible for reporting and analytics. Brooke'stenure at Altria lasted from June 2006 to March 2019.
Brooke's most recent addition to their work experience includes their role as an Advisor - CX Program at the University of Richmond, starting in March 2022.
Brooke Joyce, CSM, CSPO, holds a B.A. degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Brooke attended Punahou until 2002, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during that time. In addition to their academic background, Brooke has earned several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance. Brooke also holds certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM and Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn. Recently, they obtained a certification in "Security Matters (To Everyone)" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
