Melinda Kozel

Melinda Kozel is a data analyst at the Community Foundation of Western Iowa and a curriculum developer and digital designer at the Omaha Data Science Academy, focusing on introducing artificial intelligence to diverse audiences. Previously, Melinda served as a UX/UI designer at Paragon IT Professionals, where contributions included the development of applications for truck drivers and support teams, and as a curriculum and instructional designer at TEAM Software, creating training resources and leveraging multimedia tools. Additional experience includes roles in curriculum coordination at Boys Town, web development at Mineral Interactive, and arts education positions at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Morning Star Preschool. Melinda holds a Master of Arts in Arts Education and dual bachelor’s degrees in Fine Arts and Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
