Cynthia Vana

Cynthia Vana has served as a Library Specialist at the Omaha Public Library's W. Dale Clark (Main) location since March 2013. Vana previously held a membership with PRSA-Nebraska from 2000 to 2009 and worked as a Freelance Art Director and Graphic Designer for various clients, including the American Lung Association and Shell Oil Company, from 1988 to 1998. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Information and Library Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia (2020-2022), a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, and Public Relations from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (1998-2002), and an Associate degree in Advertising and Graphic Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design (1986-1988).
