Kanika Bali

Kanika Bali is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager HR at Omam Consultants Pvt Ltd since September 2015, Kanika oversees end-to-end recruitment processes, specifically in the Automobile and FMCG sectors, and is responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates in alignment with client specifications. Prior to this role, Kanika worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at a confidential organization from July 2009 to August 2015, managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee records, induction, payroll, attendance, training, hiring, and exit formalities. Kanika holds an MBA and PGDM in Human Resource from the New Delhi Institute of Management (2009-2011) and a BBA with GDIB in Management from JIMS, New Delhi (2006-2009), along with an Intermediate CBSE from Lady Irwin School, New Delhi (1994-2006).
