Mohammed Haris Ansari is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Head of Aircraft Asset Management & Maintenance, Strategic Procurement at Oman Air since February 2019, where notable achievements include acquiring B737 Max aircraft and negotiating penalty waivers, as well as adjusting aircraft orders in response to post-Covid strategies. Prior to this role, Mohammed Haris Ansari held the position of Sr. General Manager - Fleet Management, Contracts & Corporate Projects at Jet Airways (India) Ltd. from June 1995 to October 2018, contributing to fleet expansion by introducing ATR72-500/600 aircraft and developing a cost evaluation model for Boeing and Airbus.
