Qais Al Yarubi is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal Affairs and Board Secretary at Khedmah - OIFC since February 2022. Prior to this role, Qais worked as the Head of Legal Affairs for the Muscat Governorate at the Ministry of Housing from December 2014 to February 2022. Qais holds an International Master's degree in Business Management from KEDGE Business School and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, both obtained between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, Qais earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington from 2004 to 2009, along with a High School Diploma from Al Sahwa School.
