James Kaltenbach

James Kaltenbach is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at OMEGA Engineering since July 2019, James previously held positions including Human Resources Office Manager at Walmart Distribution Center and Human Capital Management Analyst at the State of Ohio. With a career spanning over three decades, James has demonstrated expertise in human resource management while working for organizations such as ResCare and the State of Ohio's Department of Developmental Disabilities.
