Rick Rahn

Rick Rahn is an accomplished manufacturing professional with extensive experience in operational management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Plant Manager at Omega Protein, Inc., since November 2014, Rick leads a team at the company's fish oil refinery in Reedville, Virginia, focusing on production goals and compliance with industry standards. Previously, Rick held the position of Manufacturing Manager at High Liner Foods and returned to Omega Protein in a similar assistant role earlier in their career. With prior leadership roles at Qimonda, Infineon, Zilog, and NCR Microelectronics / Symbios Logic, Rick has demonstrated expertise in team training, productivity enhancement, and strategic resource management. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Materials and Logistics Management with a focus on Operations Management from Michigan State University.
