Courtney Long

Courtney Long is an experienced professional in revenue cycle management, currently serving as Director of Revenue Cycle at Omega Healthcare Management Services since December 2024. Prior to this role, Courtney held the position of Director of Revenue Services at University Clinical Health from July 2020 to November 2024 and managed revenue integrity at UT Lebonheur Pediatric Specialists from July 2013 to July 2020. Earlier career experience includes projects and performance improvement roles at UT Medical Group from December 2005 to July 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Arkansas, a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from The University of Memphis, and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Southwest Tennessee Community College.
