Karthikeyan Balasubramanian has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Karthikeyan is currently working as an Associate Vice President - Finance at Omega Healthcare Management Services. Prior to this, they held various positions at Sopra Steria, including Head Of Operations - Insourced Finance Team and Head - Business Finance India & India Commercial. Karthikeyan was also an Integration Manager, responsible for implementing the Group Oracle Billing Module during the merger of Xansa with Steria. Before joining Sopra Steria, Karthikeyan worked as an Accounting and Finance Manager at Polaris Software Labs Ltd. Karthikeyan also served as a Commercial Manager at Reliance Infocomm Limited. Earlier in their career, Karthikeyan worked as an Audit Manager at Sreedhar, Suresh and Rajagopalan, Chartered Accountants, and as an Accounts Executive at Vyapin Software Systems.

Karthikeyan Balasubramanian completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Tamil Nadu Jobs from 1992 to 1995. Karthikeyan also obtained the qualification of Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition, Karthikeyan has pursued a certification in Excel: Macros and VBA for Beginners from LinkedIn, which they will obtain in 2023.
