Rituparn Bakshi

Rituparn Bakshi has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to quality management, process excellence, and customer experience. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Corporate Quality at Omega Healthcare Management Services in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Service Quality and OE - CLM at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions. Rituparn also held positions such as Head Delivery Quality at Omega Healthcare Management Services, Head Quality & Process Excellence - Enterprise at Tech Mahindra Business Process Services, and Head Innovation & Tools at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions. Earlier in their career, Bakshi worked at Pikkol (Rednile Innovations Private Limited), Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, Quatrro, and Convergys, where they gained extensive experience in quality leadership and process improvement.

Rituparn Bakshi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi, completed from 2005 to 2008. Bakshi also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, completed from 1990 to 1994. Additional qualifications include an Advanced Certificate in Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (2010-2011), a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore (2012), and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality (2006). Furthermore, Bakshi has acquired a COPC Registered Coordinator certification from COPC (2002), a Design Thinking tinkerer certificate from Tinker Labs (2013), an ISO 9001 Certified Lead Auditor certification from Bureau Veritas (2008), and completed a Project Management course from Universitas21Global (2008). Bakshi is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business, expected to be completed in 2022.
