Isabela Ito Grossi

Isabela Ito Grossi has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2012 when they were a Project Leader at EESC-USP Formula SAE. In 2015, they interned at Siemens in the Energy Management Division, where they developed a mechanical project and studied the best technical and economical concept. In 2016, they interned at Caterpillar Inc. and in 2018, they began working at 3M as a Suppliers Quality Engineer. In this role, they led and participated in administrative processes design and redesign projects, worked with local and global cross functional teams, and maintained awareness of customer needs. Isabela also held the positions of Operations Trainee and Lean Six Sigma Trainee at 3M. In 2022, they began working at Omens as an Operations Manager.

Isabela Ito Grossi obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2011 and 2017. In 2014 and 2015 they participated in the Graduate Exchange Program at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences, also studying Mechanical Engineering. In 2018, they obtained a Green Belt Certification 3M from 3M. In 2020, they received a Comunicação Não Violenta certification from Base Colaborativa, and in 2022, they obtained a Teoria U certification from Base Colaborativa.
