Melanie Argiros Breder

Melanie (Argiros) Breder, MIRHR, CHRP, currently serves as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at OMERS since June 2015, specializing in the Chief Operating Officer's portfolio, which encompasses Pensions, Data & Technology, Global Communications, Government Relations, Innovation, and Privacy. Prior to this, Melanie held various roles at OMERS, including Associate Director and Manager, focusing on Human Resources for multiple corporate business units. Melanie also contributed to Branksome Hall as President of the Alumnae Association and as a Board Member while gaining experience in roles at Softchoice, TimePlan Education Group Limited, MasterCard, and Camp Kandalore. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Education from Queen's University, complemented by additional qualifications in Geography and Health.
