Sukhvinder Dulay

Sukhvinder Dulay is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in pension law and administration, currently serving as Vice President, Pension Legal & Plan Administration at OMERS since February 2021, following a role as Counsel at the same organization. Previously, Sukhvinder served as a Pension & Benefits Lawyer at Hicks Morley and as a Lawyer at Mercer’s Canadian Law and Tax Practice. Early career experiences include positions at WeirFoulds LLP as an Articling and Summer Student, and roles at Cancer Care Ontario, the Cabinet Office of Ontario, and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, providing a strong foundation in legal research and policy.
