Russell Jones has seven years of work experience, primarily in technical and customer support roles. Russell started their career in 2014 at Abacus, where they worked as an Application & Hosting Support specialist for five years before transitioning to a Client Support Specialist role. In 2020, Russell joined Ometria as a Customer Support Engineer. Russell recently advanced to the position of Technical Project Manager in March 2021.
Russell Jones attended Access Creative College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Music Technology. Russell did not obtain a degree during this time. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired a certification in EDM Production Techniques: Drums from LinkedIn in June 2022, and a PFQ certification from the Association for Project Management in November 2020.
