Mathew Roe

Mathew Roe has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Mathew began their career at Bank of America in 1999 and held various roles including SVP- Collection Strategy Executive and SVP- Competitive Intelligence Executive. In 2013, they joined Springleaf Financial Services as the Vice President of Analytics, where they were responsible for developing loan servicing and collection capabilities. In 2015, they moved to OneMain Financial and served as the VP Risk Management before being promoted to the Sr. Managing Director- Head of Operations Analytics in 2019. In this role, they utilize analytics to optimize operational processes and drive value across the credit cycle.

Mathew Roe attended the University of Delaware from 1994 to 1999, where they studied English Literature.
