Tom Korllos

Tom Korllos has extensive work experience in the financial industry, specifically in roles related to collections and sales. From 2015 to the present, they have been serving as the Vice President / Managing Director of Centralized Sales at OneMain Financial. In this role, they lead a team of approximately 200 individuals across three corporate locations, generating significant loan volume for the company. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2021, Tom held the position of Director of Operations of the Centralized Service & Collections team in Tempe, AZ at OneMain Financial, where they played a key role in building the team from 40 to over 200 employees. Before joining OneMain Financial, Tom worked at Bank of America for several years in various management positions, including Senior Vice President - Collections Services Site Leader and Call Center Manager, Collections.

Tom Korllos attended Kent State University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2018, they also briefly attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
