Steve Horovitz

Steve Horovitz's work experience begins in 1995 with Cushman & Wakefield, where they focused on industrial and retail sales and leasing. Steve then founded the City Rock Climbing Gym in Cape Town, overseeing all aspects of the business for four years. In 2004, they became the Director of Marketing & Leasing at Value Property Group. From 2008 to 2018, they worked at Reliance Properties Ltd. as the Director of Leasing, ensuring minimal vacancies and maximizing revenue. Currently, they are the Vice President - Development at Omicron, where they lead the full cycle of project acquisition, design, marketing, leasing, construction, and post-development activities.

Steve Horovitz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town.
