Carlos Rendon Miranda

Carlos Rendon Miranda has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Carlos began their career as an Electrical Engineering Intern at IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture, where they focused on designing and dimensioning LRT stations. Carlos calculated power load consumptions, designed AC distribution panels, and worked on electrical cable dimensioning.

Carlos then interned at NORDEN ENERGY Inc., where they specialized in dimensioning electrical substations. Their responsibilities included AC load calculations, ampacity diagram reviews, and the creation of technical documentation.

In 2021, Carlos joined The HIDI Group as an Electrical Engineer EIT. Here, they developed electrical system schematics and diagrams, designed engineering systems in compliance with relevant codes and standards, and prepared panel schedules for circuiting of building loads.

Currently, Carlos works as a Technical Support Engineer at OMICRON electronics. Carlos provides technical support to customers through hotline and email inquiries, collaborates with application and technical support engineers to enhance knowledge on protection testing topics, and identifies opportunities to improve customer satisfaction by revising procedures and tools.
