Moritz Pikisch

Moritz Pikisch has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Moritz currently serves as a Product Owner at OMICRON electronics since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Director Field Testing at Kinectrics from 2021 to 2021.

Moritz has a long history with OMICRON electronics, where they have held multiple positions. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Application Engineer, providing technical sales support for Primary Testing Solutions. Moritz also presented at several conferences on topics including distance protection misoperations and advanced line impedance measurements. Before that, they served as a Product Manager from 2016 to 2018 and from 2013 to 2016. Moritz initially joined OMICRON electronics as an Application Engineer in 2010, where they worked until 2013.

Apart from their experience in the electronics industry, Moritz also worked as a Teacher Training (Studienreferendar) at Staatliches Seminar für Lehrerbildung from 2010 to 2010. Moritz has also worked as a Temporary Worker at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) / University of Karlsruhe (TH) in 2009 and as a Voluntary Worker at Dipshika in the same year.

Moritz started their professional journey as an Intern at OMICRON electronics in 2008.

Moritz Pikisch attended the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur-Pädagoge. Moritz'smain subject of study was Power Engineering, with their subsidiary subject being Physics. Additionally, they studied Pedagogy for Vocational Training.
