Dimitrios Zafeirakis

Dimitrios Zafeirakis, PMP®, serves as the Project Management Team Lead for North America at Omilia - Conversational Intelligence since February 2018, overseeing the execution of Natural Language Understanding IT projects across Canada, South Africa, and Greece. Previous experience includes project management roles at Upstream, Huawei Technologies, and Vodafone Southern Europe Region, where Dimitrios demonstrated expertise in managing diverse telecom projects, enhancing client relationships, and delivering technical solutions. Dimitrios holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Technology from the University of Patras, obtained in 2000. Key achievements include the development of a tailored project management methodology for Omilia and significant contributions to new market breakthroughs.
