Jean-Francois Bessiron

Jean-Francois Bessiron has held various roles throughout their career. Starting in 1999, they worked at B&Q as the Head of Supply Chain. Jean-Francois then moved on to Tech Data (UK), where they served as a UK Executive Board member and Director of Inventory Planning & Procurement from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Currys plc as the Head of Commercial Planning. From 2008 to 2019, Bessiron worked at Amazon in several roles, including Director of Consumer Electronics, Director of Computing, Office and Mobile Phones, Director of Amazon Fresh, and Director of Europe for Amazon Business. In 2019, they also took on the position of Vice President International at Groupon. In 2017, Bessiron became a Board Member at Asthma UK. Jean-Francois was also an Independent Adviser on the Customer Experience Committee at HM Revenue & Customs from 2019 to 2022. Most recently, in 2023, they worked as a Management Consultant at C&A. Currently, Bessiron holds the position of Chief B2B Officer at Omio, starting in 2024.

Jean-Francois Bessiron completed their Diplome d'ingénieur in Food Science from ENSCBP (ex ISTAB) in 1992. Jean-Francois then pursued a Master's degree at ESSEC Business School from 1992 to 1993.
