Vladimir Pilipchuk

Vladimir Pilipchuk has extensive work experience in the field of taxation. Vladimir currently holds the position of Deputy CFO and Head of Tax at the United Metallurgical Company since June 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Tax Director from 2020 to 2021 and as the Head of Tax Department from 2019 to 2020 at the same company. Before joining the United Metallurgical Company, they worked as the Deputy Tax Manager at Caspian Pipeline Consortium from 2017 to 2018. Vladimir also served as the Head of Tax at MediaMarktSaturn from 2008 to 2017 and held various positions at PwC, including Senior Tax Consultant from 2006 to 2008 and Tax Consultant from 2004 to 2006.

From 1999 to 2004, Vladimir Pilipchuk attended the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation. During this time, they studied Finance and Financial Management Services.
