Jamie Nelson

Jamie Nelson's work experience includes a range of roles in various companies. Currently, they serve as an Executive Board Member at CharterWest Bank. Prior to this, Jamie held the position of Executive Vice-President, New Business Development at Omnex Group since 2008. They also have experience as an Owner in DJM Investments, LLC, Creekside Ventures, L.P., JKW Canfield Investments, L.L.C., and Longhorn Investments, L.L.C. Furthermore, Jamie worked as a GMAT and GRE Instructor at Manhattan Prep, where they later became an Instructor Manager/Instructor Developer. They started their career as the Owner of DJM Investments Inc. In addition, they have worked as the Director of Organizational Development at E Commerce Group/First Data and as a Director at Western Union.

Jamie Nelson attended Kimball High School from 1985 to 1989. After high school, Jamie earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Anthropology from Rice University, completing this program from 1989 to 1993. Following that, Jamie pursued a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Florida, and this program was in progress from 1993 to 1998. After a gap in education, Jamie obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Financial Planning from Golden Gate University, completing the program from 2005 to 2008.
