Alison Miller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role is as a Member of the Board of Directors at ODC Network, an outdoor education and conservation organization. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Vice President at Omni Agent Solutions, where they focused on information management and bankruptcy case administration. In 2018, they founded Girls Just Wanna Have Funds, a women's network dedicated to the advancement of women in corporate restructuring and distressed investing fields. Alison has also been a Member at Chief, a private network for powerful women executives, and worked in client relations at King & Spalding. Alison has held director-level positions in business development at Wynnchurch Capital, Garden City Group, LLC, and Donlin, Recano & Company. Alison began their career as an Associate in the Restructuring Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Alison Miller obtained their J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where they focused on the field of Law, from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. in Natural Resources Planning, with a specialization in Natural Resources Management and Policy, from Humboldt State University between 1997 and 2001.
