Todd McBride

Todd McBride serves as the Director of Operations at OMNI Control Technology, Inc since May 2023, overseeing Manufacturing, Quality Control, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, and Purchasing Departments while ensuring alignment with internal and external customer needs. Previously, Todd held the position of Plant Manager at CTS Corporation from August 2021 to May 2023, focusing on on-time delivery, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. In early 2021, Todd worked as Operations Manager at MassMEP, leading lean and continuous improvement programs while managing a team of Program Managers. A significant portion of Todd's career was spent at Dell EMC, where various roles included Consultant Program Manager and Director of the Program Management Office, managing operational strategic programs, and driving productivity improvements. Todd began the career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Thermo Electron and started in the industry as a Systems Technician at Engelhard Corporation. Todd earned an MBA from Nichols College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
