Justin Needle

Justin Needle is currently the Customer Success/Vendor Management Lead at Omni Federal, focusing on the Special Operations Training-Exchange (SOT-X) to enhance training accessibility for SOCOM units. Previously, Justin served as the Learning and Development Lead and ISR Training Manager at Leidos, where responsibilities included directing training for airborne and ground intelligence personnel and advising command on talent management. Justin's military career with the United States Air Force included roles such as Senior Enlisted Advisor, Operations Superintendent, and Deputy Career Field Manager, overseeing significant operations and training efforts within Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR). Justin holds a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior University and multiple associate degrees from the Defense Language Institute, along with a certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
