Sameer Qudsi has extensive work experience in the defense industry, primarily in program management and leadership roles. Sameer started their career at Lockheed Martin in 2004 as a Lead System Engineer, where they completed rotations in Radar Systems and Undersea Systems and worked on international radar system installations. Sameer also participated in the Executive Development and Growth Enhancement (EDGE) program, where they completed rotations in International BD, Corporate Treasury, Training Systems, and Technical Services. In 2011, they became the Program Manager for Aviation Technical Services, leading strategy and pipeline development and winning several large captures for aviation maintenance services. In 2014, they transitioned to Leidos as part of a corporate transaction, where they continued their work as a Program Manager supporting a wide range of projects for the Department of Defense. Sameer then moved on to Technatomy Corporation in 2017 as the Director of DoD Programs. Sameer is currently working as the Vice President at Omni Federal.
Sameer Qudsi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and Economics at the University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2004. Sameer then pursued a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering at Cornell University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Later, in 2014 to 2015, Sameer obtained a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy and Acquisitions from the University of Maryland.
