Carter Rieser

Chief Operating Officer, Carter Rieser is an accomplished, strategic leader with a deep understanding of healthcare operations and is committed to helping Imperium’s partners successfully implement payer agnostic strategies designed to improve patient care. He joined Imperium Health in 2017 as the Director of ACO Operations, and most recently served as the Vice President of Commercial Contracting and Network Development where he led, designed, and implemented expansion initiatives for their value-based payer programs to include new commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid agreements across multiple states. Under his leadership, each program has experienced significant growth in both HEDIS and Shared Savings rewards for their program partners.
