Cassandra Castillo is a seasoned hotel management professional with extensive experience in technology and housekeeping roles. Currently serving as a Hotel Technology Manager at Omni Hotels & Resorts since August 2018, Cassandra previously held various leadership positions within the same company, including Assistant Director of Housekeeping and Guest Services Manager. Before returning to Omni Hotels, Cassandra was the Director of Housekeeping at The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center for a brief period. Cassandra's career began in 2012 at Omni Hotels, progressing through several roles from Front Desk Agent to Rooms Leader in Development.
