Scott McTague

Scott McTague is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Talent Fit Solutions Practice Leader at CMP since December 2018. With extensive experience in human resource consulting and employee engagement, Scott has also held leadership positions at OMNI Human Resource Management and QTS Data Centers. As the founder of McTague Talent Consulting, Scott offered specialized talent management evaluation services. Previous roles include significant contributions at Assess Systems and Batrus Hollweg International, where Scott managed talent assessment divisions and designed custom talent management systems. Scott holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Kansas.
