Charlotte Alaux

Charlotte Alaux is a co-founder of Omni, a company founded in December 2018 that provides affordable and inclusive mobility solutions for individuals with reduced mobility. Prior to this, Charlotte held various positions including Project Manager for Training at MBDA and Training Assistant at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where responsibilities included training needs analysis and program coordination. Previous experience also includes roles in human resources with GDF SUEZ E&P International and W&CIE, supporting training administration and personnel management. Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from EMLV and has completed an Erasmus program at Universidad Europea, in addition to having studied medicine at Paris-Sud University.
