Robin Lhommeau

Robin Lhommeau is a co-founder of Omni, a company established in July 2018 with the mission to enhance mobility for disabled individuals, ensuring manual wheelchair users have access to the same mobility aids as able-bodied individuals. Prior to this, Robin engaged in design thinking at d.school Paris at École des Ponts, where a project aimed to improve mobility for physically disabled individuals outside their homes. Experience as a design researcher at Tokyo Institute of Technology focused on cultural influences in co-design workshops. Earlier, a role as an associate quality engineer at NTN Transmissions Europe involved optimizing defect management processes. Robin holds a master's degree in engineering from Arts et Métiers and has pursued further education in design thinking at Stanford University and École nationale des ponts et chaussées, alongside research in human-centered design at Tokyo Institute of Technology.
