Olga Shcherb

Olga Shcherb has fifteen years of work experience in the software development industry. Olga began their career in 2006 as a .NET Developer at Intetics. In 2007, they moved to Altoros Systems as a Senior .NET Developer. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as a .NET Developer / Scrum Master at NIBC Markets (formerly SNS Securities). In 2017, they joined Van Lanschot as a Full Stack .NET Developer / Scrum Master, where they were responsible for developing various applications for Private Bank and Asset Manager. In 2021, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Compleye.io. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Omnia Retail as a Team Lead .NET and Media Buying Systems as a Development Team Lead, where they were responsible for making strategic decisions, representing the development team, and providing vision for the development process.

Olga Shcherb has a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarus State University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2008. Olga also holds a number of certifications, including a Professional Agile Leadership\u2122 - Evidence-Based Management\u2122 (PAL-EBM) from Scrum.org obtained in August 2021, a Professional Scrum Master II from Scrum.org obtained in October 2020, a Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org obtained in February 2020, a Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner from Scrum@Scale, LLC obtained in March 2019, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance obtained in March 2013.
