Emanuel has experience working in sales engineering and technical presales, with a focus on ensuring operation improvements and cost control for Teleport services. Emanuel has collaborated closely with the Engineering Department to design solutions in line with Teleport requirements. Additionally, Emanuel has provided second-level support for customer care in NOC Engineering roles.
