Guillermo Muniz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at OmniAccess since July 2020, responsibilities include overseeing multiple departments such as network operations, customer service, project management, and cybersecurity. Prior experience includes a significant role at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where Guillermo advanced from IT Technician to Director of Satellite and Network Engineering, leading satellite telecommunications strategies and network operations for over 60 ships. Additionally, experience at MTN as Sr. Director of Global Technical Support and as the founder of Free Mind Studios demonstrates a strong background in technical support, product development, and business management. Education was completed at Miami Dade College.
