Matt Manning

Matt Manning currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations for Health Systems at Omnicell, where responsibilities include establishing departmental strategies, operational improvements, and talent development to achieve organizational goals. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at ReCept Pharmacy, including Director of Operations and Regional Director of Operations, managing P&L for a network of 13 pharmacy operations across nine states and leading a team of over 50 stakeholders. Earlier in Matt's career, implementation management for specialty pharmacies across multiple states was guided by partnerships with clinic staff, and a pharmacist position was held at RITE AID. Matt Manning earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Duquesne University in 2013.
