Samhita Majumder is a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and employer branding. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Omnicell since July 2023, Samhita leads technical hiring for core business units and is instrumental in building the India HR Technology team. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Advisor at VMware, where Samhita oversaw talent acquisition for the Sales Operations India unit, and a position at Deloitte Consulting that involved strategizing hiring processes and reducing costs through innovative campaigns.
