Sebastien Villars

Sebastien Villars is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and software engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Product Management and Medication Dispensing Automation Engineering at Omnicell since February 2021, Sebastien leads a team responsible for the entire product lifecycle and aligns product strategy with long-term business goals. Prior to Omnicell, Sebastien held the position of Vice President - Software Engineering at GE Healthcare, overseeing a global engineering organization focused on developing software products for medical imaging workflows. Sébastien's earlier roles at Alcatel-Lucent included R&D Director and Software Development Manager, where leadership encompassed significant teams across multiple geographic locations. Sebastien holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and further certifications in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from both HEC Paris and Babson College.
