Michelle Schloman has extensive experience in data analytics and strategic intelligence. Michelle is currently serving as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Omnicom Commerce Group since 2023. Before this, from 2016 to 2023, they worked at TracyLocke in various roles including Chief Analytics Officer and Head of Strategic Intelligence. Prior to that, they were the Director of Analytics at TracyLocke from 2016 to 2018. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Director of Product Marketing at Cision. Michelle also has experience at The Nielsen Company as Vice President, Media Analytics from 2010 to 2014 and as Black Belt - Six Sigma from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked at CROSSMARK Sales & Marketing as Director, Category Management from 2003 to 2005 and at efficient market services as Director Client Service & Sales from 1996 to 2003.
Michelle Schloman received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Retail Media Advertising Strategy from Allume Group and Certified in Omni Foundations from Annalect in the years 2023 and 2022, respectively.
