Gena Pemberton

Gena is a seasoned practitioner bringing over 13 years of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experience to OHG, helping increase diversity across all employee levels. Gena is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive work environment where all OHG employees are valued, accepted and have equal access to rewarding career opportunities and growth. Prior to joining OHG, Gena was with Johnson & Johnson, where she helped develop initiatives to support the recruitment and development of diverse talent. She has served as a Senior DEI Consultant at the Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM), a program led by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), and is a dedicated volunteer currently serving as the President for the National Hampton Alumni Association, Inc. Gena earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hampton University, an MBA from University of Phoenix, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
