Joseph Golden

Joseph Golden has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Joseph started their career as a Recruiter at Donahue and Moore in 1998 before moving on to CTI Teksource as a Lead Recruiter in 2003. In 2007, they joined Epsilon Interactive as a Senior Recruiter, where they provided data-driven marketing solutions. From 2008 to 2012, Joseph worked as a Senior Recruiter at both AlleyCorp and McCann Worldgroup (MRM Worldwide), specializing in finding innovative talent for internet companies and digital marketing agencies. Joseph then joined Hogarth Worldwide in 2012 as a Senior Recruiter, where they used proprietary technology to deliver cost-effective marketing campaigns. Since 2014, Joseph has been the Director of Talent Acquisition at Omnicom Health Group, the largest healthcare marketing and communications group in the world. Throughout their career, Joseph has shown expertise in identifying and engaging top talent in various industries.

Joseph Golden attended St. Francis College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Psychology.
